Privacy policy
This policy explains how TISCHE processes personal data when you visit tische.co, book a session or contact us. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Netlify. When you visit it, Netlify's servers process technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website securely.
The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Visitor statistics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Umami does not use cookies and does not create personal profiles. The data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for tracking or advertising.
Booking a Strategy Session
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, and payments by Stripe. When you book, these services process the information you enter, such as your name, email address, company and booking details, and your payment data. We receive your booking details to prepare and hold the session. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Contacting us by email
When you email us, we process your message and contact details to reply and, where relevant, to prepare and carry out an engagement. Our email is provided by Google.
Disclosure abroad
Some of the providers named above, including Netlify, Google, Cal.com, Stripe and Umami, may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Union and the United States. Where a country does not offer an adequate level of data protection, the transfer relies on recognised safeguards such as the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records.
Your rights
You can ask for information about the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop processing it. Write to anna@tische.co. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The current version is always published on this page.
